Not your average training school...
When you train with us, there is no ring or cage, no referees, no time outs, and no tap outs. We train you for the real world. We are not your typical martial arts training school. We teach the Krav-Haganah® method of close quarters combat (not to be confused with Krav-Maga). When translated from Hebrew, Krav-Haganah® means "Combat Defense". This fighting style was originally developed by a member of the Israeli Special Forces, and is currently being taught to law enforcement, special forces groups, and other soldiers, not only in the United States, but in allied countries around the world. It is based on one simple philosophy...fight to survive.
